Session 1 - Energetic - Water CycleSo much potential in the water cycle - anything is possible in the fluid energy field. I will take a full case history and on completion and in preparation for what is to come; a full spiritual healing will take place to clear your energy field of any attachments or stagnant energies (yours and others) and your chakra centers (epicenters of energetic flow) will be cleared, activated. and optimsed. It is here we may encounter past lives, ancestors, guides, cord cutting and soul retrieval. We anchor and clear your earth and soul stars. You will feel lighter. Your energy field will be fully prepared to integrate the changes we are going to see over the coming weeks.

Week 1 - Easing you in
Session 2 - Full Body - Earth CycleIn the earth cycle, we are grounded and feel the edges and constraints of our present reality. A hands on physical session. You remain at ease whilst I lift and move all of your limbs. Articulating, stretching and pumping all of your joints, allowing for greater freedom, greater range of motion and decreased pain through the physical system. We let the light into spaces that may not traditionally see light in our day to day lives. We utilise the internal pump mechanisms of the body to clear congestion and inflammation. We stir you up and open you out. We get the fluids of the body moving - blood, lymph and cerebral spinal fluid. We make space for ease and motion and in doing so, clear dis-ease.
Week 2 - Feeling Intense
Session 3 - The Cranium & The Pelvis - Fire CycleThis session is fire and can be uncomfortable. It's ok. Fire is our greatest tool for transformation. We explore the spaces we have learned to avoid. Through shame or fear. Where we grit our teeth and bear our pain. We ensure all the bones of the cranium are moving. We look into the ears and balance the hemispheres of the brain - our creative and analytical minds. We look inside the mouth, releasing all tensions as we go. We look inside the rectum and vagina. We clear those spaces of what has gone before. Any traumatic patterns that reside there that inhibit our ability to move forward in life. These areas are not only fundamental to the physical system in terms of congestive and inflammatory clearance, healthier motion and reduction of dis-ease and dis-comfort but also our connection to the divine above and the earth below.
Session 4 - Endocrine & Visceral - Spirit CycleThe spirit cycle - coming home to yourself. Your inner beloved. A deep dive into the endocrine and visceral systems. Covering all major endocrine organs and their fields. Optimising your hormone system - The ovaries/testes (sexual function), adrenals (stress response), pancreas (digestion), thymus (immune system), thyroid (energy levels), pituitary (growth) and hypothalamus (homeostasis). We work with every organ. We clear the fields of each in turn so they may operate from their place of full and healthy expression. The heart (joy), liver and gallbladder (anger), Kidneys and bladder (fear), digestive system (anxiety), lungs (grief) and stomach/spleen (worry). We provide balance and harmony to the physiology that drives your biological machine and release patterns that no longer serve your highest good.
Week 3 - Light and Expansive
Session 5 - Biodynamic - Air CycleIn air we are light, bright and free. Free to embody our sacred purpose. A quiet session of deep healing that ignites your own self healing mechanism. We listen to the wisdom of your body, channel the divine and hold space for universal law to make the changes necessary in your physical body (Zone A), your fluid body - comprising mental and emotional bodies (zone B), your external environment - where your feelings of safety expand to (zone C) and your connection to the spiritual space (zone D). This session is gentle yet extremely potent and powerful. It is here you integrate all of your sessions. We aim for the shamanic boom of clearance and connection to all that is.
An OverviewThese sessions follow the shamanic cycle of birth, life, death and rebirth. The limitless potential we arrive on earth with, the life we have led until this point, the death of that which no longer serves us and the rebirth of a lighter, brighter expression of true self. These sessions are for those that are ready to explore all facets of themselves. Including the shadow aspect. Parts of ourselves that evolved to protect us but now hold us back from realising our full potential. These sessions are for those riding the tide of expansion. Body, mind and spirit.
