Cancellation, Refund & Payment Policy
Private 1:1 Sessions
Payment to be made prior to or on the day of your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, may incur a $50 cancellation fee. Genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances will always be considered.
In-Person Groups & Workshops
Payment is required in advance to secure your place. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be refunded or transferred to another available event. Within 7 days, payments are generally non-refundable, although transfers may be offered where possible.
Online Groups & Workshops
Payment is required in advance. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session may be refunded or transferred. Within 48 hours, payments are generally non-refundable, although transfers may be offered where possible.
If I Cancel or Postpone
If I cancel a session or event, you can choose a full refund or transfer. If an event is postponed and you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund.
Genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances will always be considered with understanding.

Disclaimer
Services offered by Kelly MacNeill – Osteopathy, Pelvic Health & Healing may include osteopathic care, pelvic health, healing sessions, workshops, group sessions, online sessions and educational content.
Osteopathic care is provided within my professional scope of practice as a registered osteopath in New Zealand. Assessment and treatment are individualised, and informed consent will be obtained as appropriate. You are always free to ask questions, decline any aspect of assessment or treatment, or withdraw your consent at any time.
Healing, workshops, courses, group sessions and educational content are intended to support personal wellbeing, learning and self-exploration. They are not a substitute for individual medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, psychological care or other appropriate healthcare.
Any information or practices shared during teaching, workshops, online sessions or written/digital content are general in nature. Please use your own judgement regarding your participation and seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional where needed, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are taking medication, have recently undergone surgery or have concerns about your physical or mental wellbeing.
Individual experiences and outcomes vary, and no particular health, healing or personal outcome can be guaranteed.
Participation is voluntary. You are encouraged to work within your own comfort and capacity and may choose not to participate in any activity at any time.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits your rights under New Zealand law, including your rights under the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights.
Privacy Statement
At Kelly MacNeill - Osteopathy, Pelvic Health & Healing, your privacy and confidentiality are important.
I collect personal and, where relevant, health information necessary to provide osteopathic care, healing services, workshops, courses and other services you choose to participate in. This may include your contact details, health history, clinical notes, referral information, booking and payment information, and communications with me.
Your information is collected, stored, used and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and, where applicable, the Health Information Privacy Code 2020.
Health information may be shared with other healthcare providers, ACC or other relevant organisations where this is necessary for your care or administration of services, where you have authorised this, or where disclosure is otherwise permitted or required by law.
I use trusted service providers to assist with areas such as practice management, bookings, communications and payments. Appropriate care is taken to protect your information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
You have the right to request access to the personal and health information I hold about you and to request correction of that information.
Information collected for newsletters or marketing will only be used for those purposes where you have chosen to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Consent to Care & Participation
I understand that services offered by Kelly MacNeill – Osteopathy, Pelvic Health & Healing may include osteopathic assessment and treatment, pelvic health care, healing and wellbeing services, depending on the service I have chosen.
I understand that the nature and purpose of any proposed assessment or treatment will be explained to me and that I am encouraged to ask questions at any time.
I understand that:
I have the right to make informed choices about my care.
I may decline any assessment, treatment, technique or activity.
I may change my mind or withdraw my consent at any time.
I may request a support person or chaperone where appropriate.
Relevant benefits, risks and alternative options will be discussed with me where appropriate.
My consent will be sought separately before any sensitive or intimate examination, treatment or internal pelvic health technique.
I will let my practitioner know about relevant health conditions, medications, pregnancy or changes in my health that may affect my care.
No particular treatment, healing or personal outcome can be guaranteed.
For workshops, courses and group or online sessions, I understand that participation is voluntary and I am responsible for choosing whether an activity feels appropriate for me. I may choose not to participate in, or may stop, any activity at any time.
By proceeding with my booking, I confirm that I have read and understood this information. This acknowledgement does not replace the ongoing informed-consent discussion between practitioner and client.
Workshop Participation
My workshops, courses and group sessions are offered as spaces for learning, wellbeing, healing and personal exploration.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
Participation is voluntary and you are encouraged to work within your own comfort, capacity and personal boundaries.
You may choose not to participate in, or may stop, any activity or practice at any time without needing to explain why.
Workshops and group sessions are not a substitute for individual medical, psychological or other appropriate healthcare.
Please let me know privately before the workshop of any relevant health condition, pregnancy, injury or other circumstance that may affect your participation.
You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice if you are unsure whether participation is suitable for you.
Individual experiences vary and no particular healing, health or personal outcome can be guaranteed.
Please respect the privacy, personal experiences and boundaries of other participants. Personal information or experiences shared by others should not be discussed or shared outside the group without their permission.
Photography, video or audio recording of other participants is not permitted without their consent.
I reserve the right to ask someone to leave a session where their behaviour compromises the safety, wellbeing, privacy or experience of the group.
For online workshops, participants are responsible for choosing a suitable private environment and for their own internet connection and equipment.
By booking or attending a workshop, course or group session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Workshop Participation terms, together with the applicable Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer.
Feedback & Complaints
I welcome feedback and am committed to providing a safe, respectful and professional service.
If you have a concern about your care, experience or any aspect of my services, I encourage you to contact me directly so that I have the opportunity to listen, understand your concerns and respond appropriately.
You are welcome to have a support person assist you in making a complaint, and raising a concern will not adversely affect your ongoing care.
Complaints will be treated respectfully, confidentially and in accordance with your rights under the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights.
If you do not feel comfortable raising your concern directly with me, or are not satisfied with my response, you may contact the Nationwide Health & Disability Advocacy Service or the Health and Disability Commissioner (HDC) for independent information and support.

Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
All original workshop, course and teaching materials provided by Kelly MacNeill – Osteopathy, Pelvic Health & Healing, including written content, exercises, handouts, videos, audio recordings, presentations and other resources, remain my intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, published, taught, sold, adapted or distributed without prior written permission.
Recording, photographing or reproducing workshop or course content is not permitted without prior permission.
Access to online courses, recordings and digital resources is for the registered participant only and should not be shared with others.
You are very welcome to use what you learn through my teaching within your own personal life and practice. However, my original materials, wording, course content and teaching resources may not be presented or distributed as your own.
Any third-party materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
